Lower level of my home on the water. Just 5 miles from Road America and 19 miles from Whistling Straits. Close to Kohler, Elkhart Lake, Lake Michigan, and the Kettle Moraine State Forest. After a day out in Sheboygan County, return to your guest suite and enjoy a cocktail in your private sunroom or in an Adirondack chair at the water's edge. My home is located on a quiet, dead-end road. It's in the city but feels like you're at a wooded state park. Amenities include: bedroom with queen bed, living room with sofa sleeper and seating for four, full-bath with stand-up shower, sunroom, outdoor patio space, private keyed entrance, off-street parking, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, table with stools for eating or prep, and TV with Roku. Enjoy over 60 channels of live TV with Hulu. This is the lower level of my home. It consists of one bedroom with queen bed, one full bathroom with stand-up shower, a living room with sofa sleeper, a small dining space, and a sunroom with panoramic views. The unit has a private keyed entrance via sunroom. I have a key stored in a cabinet, so guests can access the unit and check-in by themselves. Check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival date. Parking for two vehicles is provided in the driveway. I have an open concept home including the staircase to my lower level, but privacy has not been a concern. I have a very friendly yellow Labrador retriever named Fletcher and an adorable, little, terrier named Sabrina. Neither of them have access to your unit, but you'll wish they did. I'm usually around and would be happy to suggest local places of interest.
