This home backs up to Morley Park, which is great for the kids, grand kids, or adults to enjoy the great outdoors. Also, the property has a nice size lot with a 7 person hot tub that over looks the park, a patio with a pond, & a gas grill. To make your vacation enjoyable for everyone the hot tub is always hot and ready for relaxation or just a romantic time away. Lots of privacy in the outdoor space which is my favorite. What makes this home so unique and special, all the amenities of home and more! This home has a fully stocked kitchen, a 7 person hot tub steps from the back door & a park in the backyard. Whether traveling for business or pleasure this property is in a prime location. Access to I-90 is located on the street the property is on. So, that is a 10 min. drive to Downtown Cleveland, Progressive Field, minutes to restaurants, & Lake Erie. I am available for any issues or questions throughout the stay. Also, I can give you recommendations on things to do, see, or good restaurants in the area. The neighborhood is very quiet. Great location! Walking distance to Panera Bread and other restaurants. You also have the Metropolitan Parks, which is a five minute walk or a 2 minute ride. Here there is lots to do such as, bike, hike, fishing, a restaurant, and access to a boat ramp. You have access to Morley Park located in the backyard with basketball courts, playground, baseball diamond, picnic tables, and grills. The noise ordinance for Rocky River during the week is 10:00 and is really in forced. Weekends is 11:00. When in the hot tub the noise travels. No parking on the street after 2:00am. No Parties
