Comfortable room + private bath close to MSU

Hi! Welcome to our home. It is a short 10 minute drive to Michigan State University - a great place to stay for any MSU-related event. It's a quiet neighborhood, close to a family-friendly park as well as the river trail which passes through MSU and into Old Town Lansing. The room is simple - bed (full XL- size mattress), night table, and a closet if you need to hang up any clothes. The room is located in the basement, which is finished. The room is connected to a living room with a TV. You are welcome to use our kitchen and refrigerator. You will be provided a key so you can come in/out as you want. The private bathroom is just across from the room. We'd love to get to know you. Please let us know how we can make your stay more comfortable. We've lived in the Lansing/East Lansing area for quite some time so we'll be happy to provide you with recommendations. Very quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Far away enough from campus where you'll sleep soundly but still a short drive to all the restaurants and bars in East Lansing. Our house is very close to the highway (127) and you can park right on the curb. Please note that we do have a cat. She's afraid of people but she is also friendly. She never goes into the bedroom you will stay in.
