Come stay at Magnolia Wind a downtown historic one level flat just steps away from the beautiful Handley Library Discovery Museum and all of the shops/dining of the walking mall. If you like elegance and unique eclectic decor you will love it here. With a sort of 1920’s feel the grand apartment is spacious and full of character. The apartment is the first floor of a converted home built in 1901. Glassed in front porch overlooks Piccadlilly street and the Handley Library. Inside you will feel as though you have walked into Frank Sinatras home .. beautiful period tiled fireplaces and 1920’s decor. 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths (sleeps 5 comfortably (6 with the large living room couch) You will fall in love with the enormous kitchen with a really cool vintage built in bar. Laundry also available for our guests in the rear porch. And if requested, host can bring by a queen sized deluxe air mattress. This is a one of a kind incredible spot ! PLEASE NOTE: All major holidays ( Local: Apple Blossom National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/ 4th of July/Memorial and Labor Day ) will include an additional $100 fee. This fee will be requested prior to guests arrival. Please note: Stays over 3 weeks will incur an additional double cleaning fee. There is your very own washer and dryer on the rear porch for your use. I am just a call or text away and live downtown myself. I also have another Airbnb: The WonderClock House just a couple doors up the street that also sleeps 5-6. I like to leave you to yourselves so you can imagine that the place is your own - I just ask that you treat it accordingly and leave it as you found it when you go.
