The villa is close to the beaches that make Anguilla famous, family-friendly activities, relaxing times for you, and it will be the best holiday you will ever have. You’ll love the villa because of the neighborhood, the light, the comfy beds, the coziness and we have tried to think of everything. . If you need only 1 or 2 bedrooms we can accommodate you.Bayberry and Chinaberry Villa offer you and your friends/family a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy! The villa is so very comfortable and we have tried to anticipate all your needs. We do offer AC in all three bedrooms, however in order to keep our rates low we do charge extra for this. The charge is based on usage. As well there is a tourism levy of 3US per adult and child over 12 per night. Lyn will collect this. You will be able to enjoy the entire house. Lyn has access to the laundry area, so please feel free to ask her to do some laundry for you! If you can please tip for this service. Lyn will be available to assist with anything you need. I am always available via email. Cul de Sac is quiet, and wonderful for strolling. The beach is accessible down a short right of way. Lyn can show you. We can arrange for a rental vehicle to be available to you either at the port of entry or we can have it delivered to the villa. Bayberry and Chinaberry Villa have three bedrooms and three bathrooms in two buildings with a common courtyard. Each building has a private entrance and private galleries and outdoor spaces.
