It is my goal that you are comfortable & relaxed during your visit. Brand new in-ground pool. Three hammocks are available. Brand new Solar Panels. WiFi & Smart TV. Four new AC’s were recently added. Sleeps 9. MiCasaSuCasa is a 5-10 minute drive to several beaches like El Balneario Boquerón,Playa Combate, Playa Buye, Playa Sucia & El Poblado. Black Bakery, Grocery Store, Pharmacy & restaurants nearby. Private Space to park Jet ski or boat safely. No parties allowed. Entire modern 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home (sleeps 7-9) with private parking for up to 2 cars. Air conditioning throughout the house, all units are new. Fully equipped kitchen. WiFi available. New smart TV in living room. Private Property completely fenced in backyard. Games are available for family time. New solar panels just added. New pool completed. Pool starts at 3 ft. up to 5 ft. A pool agreement needs to be reviewed and signed by ALL over the age of 18 years of age or rental of house will not be approved. Pool hours 8 AM until 9 PM. No parties allowed!!! 10 PM noise ordinance goes into effect. Please rinse all sand below with hose. Shake sand off beach chairs. Do not sit with wet swimsuits on furniture or new bedding. No eating or drinking on sofa. Watch kids at all times. NO CANDLES ARE ALLOWED! My sincere thanks. Full access to everything on the property, including pool from 8 AM until 9 PM. I am available by phone or message (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) I love the sunrise at the front of the house balcony and you can enjoy the sunsets in the back balcony. There’s Black Bakery, Colmados, Cash n Carry, El Rey de los Monchys on 101 & Annie’s Place Restaurant in Combate among others in the area. Playa Combate, Playa Sucia, El Faro, Playa Buye & Balneario Boquerón are all within driving distance. Five minutes to El Poblado. Plenty of activities near the beaches jet ski’s, kayaking etc No parties allowed. Best way to get around is by car. Boquerón beach: 2.1 miles Buye beach: 3.8 miles Playa Sucia y El Faro: 7.4 miles Combate beach: 15 mins Parguera beach: 20 mins Rincon beach: 25 mins Aguadilla Airport: 45 mins Casinos: 15 mins Golf Course: 2 mins Thank you!
