Warm and charming, with solid traditional New England furniture, spacious and bright home You are renting the upstairs of a house. Our family is using the downstairs studio. Laundry area is shared. You have your own access into the house, own bathroom and kitchen and two spots on the driveway (back to back). Please park on the right side of the driveway. You have your total privacy in the house. Any issues, please call any time. Very quiet, residential area with people who lived here their entire lives. Please be respectful and enjoy the peace and quiet of this street :) 5 minute drive to two major highways - 93 and 95, also 5 minute drive to the commuter rail taking you to Boston. 20 minute to Boston on a good, day, but traffic is unpredictable in this area so check your traffic reports before heading out. Parking in Boston is difficult and expensive so taking the train will save you some trouble... Please note: No smoking anywhere on the property, no pets, no parties.
