Your 1000+ sq.ft. suite has a full kitchen with a huge island, a cozy fireplace and 3 relaxing couches. Eat lakeside on your own private furnished patio just a few steps from the beach. (No lake access due to HOA rules) So come and relax! Our place is a complete suite in the lower level of our home and includes a private entrance with a private furnished patio. The suite has a full kitchen (including full size refrigerator, stove, oven, double sink and microwave), a huge island with seating for six, TV, etc. The suite is over 1000 square feet with 3 relaxing couches and a cozy fireplace. The water views are my favorite! Relax on your own private furnished patio with a beautiful view of the lake. Guests will be able to access the full bottom level suite of the home (over 1000 square feet), as well as a large private patio. The area includes a full kitchen, living room, bedroom area, den and full bathroom. The den has a flat screen TV with cable & many movies ( DVDs ). Our neighborhood is a quiet, residential one. There are sidewalks for strolling or walking or jogging on every road. There are many places nearby for your basic needs (Kroger, Vince & Joes, CVS/RiteAid), Banks/ATMs, Resturants ...). There are also a lot of places for indoor or outdoor fun, food, music, and sports.
