One year after hurricane María, we are happy to announce we're back and we can tell our cozy house is even more beautiful. Hurricane María devastated the property, mostly on the inside. A lot of mud and dirty water entered and everything was left destroyed. We where more than eight months without power but the minute we got our electricity back we began to prepare our house for you. Tropical Beach is a calm little roundabout right off the beach and near refreshing rivers and a natural reserve. Have the local experience, don't expect a hotel. This is our home that we share with you for a modest price. It has essential amenities, two bed rooms, living area, kitchen and a bathroom. We keep it clean and organize as you would your own home. We have a big backyard perfect for outdoor activities. The house is ideal for families that enjoy being outside. Lockbox access and easy parking. Every part of the house is available for our guest during there stay. Here you can enjoy local restaurants and bars. We are 20 minutes drive away from the ferry that takes you to Culebra and Vieques island and only a half hour drive to El Yunque Rainforest main entrance. But less than 10 minute from the Naguabo side of the Rainforest. Actually, you can see the mountain from the house porch. Tropical Beach is a locals community that offers a natural beach less than 2 minute walk and is less than 10 minutes away from Humacao Natural Reserve where you can Kayak, Bike and enjoy walking trails. We recommend that you rent a car. There is air conditioning in every room. We provide WIFI and a DVD with more than 20 movies for all ages. In fact, we encourage our guest to add more movies to the house CouchFlix collection. There are board games, books and magazines available as well as a volleyball set, fire pit, Kayaks, beach chairs, beach towels, one bodyboard and handmade soaps from a local artisan just for you.
