Located in the mid north area of Sauble, a short (15Min.) walk to the beach. This cottage is located in a relaxed neighbourhood with a good atmosphere and lots of privacy surrounded by mature trees on a beautiful property. This is a 4 season cottage, with an open concept living space and rustic appeal. Weekly rentals from May through October. 2-night minimum rental outside summer prime-time. A perfect family destination for a relaxing time in Sauble Beach. Outdoors: The cottage is situated on a large lot, safe for children. The large backyard has a play area for the children as well as fire pit for your nightly bonfires. You will find the BBQ on the front deck, as well as a good supply of outdoor furniture. Included in Rental: Accommodation for Up to 5 people. 2 bathrooms: 2 piece (toilet and sink), 2 piece (shower and large sink) BBQ. Coffee Machine (Ninja Programable drip coffee machine). Firepit with Adirondack seating & bench seating. Dishwasher. TV (49") and DVD / VHS. Firestick TV (living room) pets allowed. parking for up to 3 cars. Garage (not heated in winter months) / Games Room with: Pingpong table, Dart Board, Nintendo Mini (Retro Classics). Apple T.V. (located in Garage aka games room) horseshoe pit & Cornhole (Bean bag toss). Hammock. Near hiking and biking paths. WIFI I am always available to troubleshoot questions via phone call. If there are any pressing issues that need to be fixed my Father can come and visit to help out at any time. TAP WATER IS SAFE TO DRINK TENANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO LEAVE THE COTTAGE CLEAN AND IN ORDER (cleaning supplies available on site) WE ARE ON A SEPTIC SYSTEM - please do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper and bodily waste. Handsoap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided. Coffee and tea also provided.
