Basically all you need! This is what I’m looking for when I’m searching for an Airbnb. An clean place with a bed, shower, coffee maker and a refrigerator to put some left over food. I’m pet friendly, have super high speed WiFi, plenty of free parking and keep updating my Airbnb room a little at a time. Walking distance to Porter Cullens Irish restaurant and bar. Plenty of other great bars, restaurants 5 mins away and located in the south burbs of Chicago. Feel free to use the kitchen front room, kitchen and laundry room. I interact with my guests. If the guest likes to be left a alone. I’m perfectly happy with either type of guest. It a very quiet nice neighborhood, the neighbors are friendly. The best way to get around is by car. The nearest restaurant is about 4 blocks. Taffy my dog has the basement with a doggie door to the backyard when I’m not home. She has a automatic dog feeder with a gravity fed water container, a comfy couch to sleep on and plenty of space. She gets into trouble upstairs if I’m not home. She also likes to run out the front door. This isn’t something I’d like a guest to have to deal with. Outside cameras are watching the perimeter of the house. I have one inside watching the doggie door in the laundry room. This is for your safety and mine.
