Located in Three Forks Mt, The Bryant Hotel was built by Oliver Bryant the first meat cutter and alderman beginning in 1910 as a 16 unit Hotel to house weary travelers. Newly remodeled with 4 apts, 2 long term rentals on the second floor and a new first floor short term Vacation Rental located in the front of the building , as we live in back apt. 90 minutes to Yellowstone National Park, 15 minutes to Lewis and Clark Caverns, 5 Minutes to Headwaters of the Missouri River. A one of a kind property, Historic over 105 Years old ,10' high ceilings make it feel very spacious The front first floor apt will be the area travelers will access 2 bedrooms, 2 updated bathrooms, full kitchen , and large living room with one queen size futon bed and another large couch for additional sleeping . A large front 4 season porch sitting area and another queen size futon bed , with a workout area with a pully weider weight machine ,dumbells and stairmaster to keep toned. Access to common area to do laundry with coin opreated machines,and access to the redwood deck with seating and BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Really don't want to bother you . Kick your feet up and enjoy our place. Small town and Quiet. No stoplights , 4 star dining , and week end dancing at the historic Sacajawea Hotel with in a stones throw, and many other fine eating, drinking and gambling establishments. Miles and miles of bike trails that will take you to the Headwaters of the Missouri River . 9 hole public Golf course a few blocks away . Parks for the kids to get out and play as well as tennis courts for the more athletic inclined. Beautiful banana belt weather here in Three Forks year round . Small town everything's with in walking distance Personal Chef available per request additional cost
