A large front 4 season porch sitting area and another queen size futon bed , with a workout area with a pully weider weight machine ,dumbells and stairmaster to keep toned. Access to common area to do laundry with coin opreated machines,and access to the redwood deck with seating and BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Really don't want to bother you .
