AZURE VISTA - fabulous views and family layout

With the recent (Aug 2021) installation of hi-speed fibre internet and TV, this can be your home from home/office from home where you can effectively and reliably work remotely. The Main House is attractive and inviting from the driveway, it's pretty painted shutters complimenting the bright walls. To the right of the hallway a door leads to a relaxing and elegant king bedroom suite, which offers light and airy decor, an ensuite bathroom with shower, built-in closets and idyllic views to wake up to at the foot of your king size bed. Heading directly through the hallway you enter the heart of the villa, a lovely open plan living room/dining room/kitchen where everyone can hang out together comfortably. The decor has a tropical feel without being overpowering, the teak dining table and chairs seat 6 comfortably, as does a 2nd dining area on the fully screened porch that flows from the living room. The living room has a 50" flatscreen TV with Dish Network and DVD player for that down time when you might want to watch a movie or some sports. The kitchen is well equipped and organised with stainless steel appliances....a large gas range, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and the usual assortment of blenders, toasters etc. The pool deck is central to the property and the Master Suite and 2nd Bedroom are in a 2nd pavilion above the pool. The pool has the perfect ledge for sitting and enjoying the views with a cocktail in hand. (Website hidden by Airbnb) The Master Suite is accessed by a short flight of stairs from the pool deck. It has its own porch with a couple of chairs, perfect for a morning cup of coffee....there's a king bed, built-in hardwood closets, 32" flatscreen and ensuite bathroom with Mexican tile and a refreshing outdoor stonewall shower....everyone's favourite when in the Tropics! The 2nd bedroom is adjacent to the Master Suite making it safe and convenient for young children to stay close to you. Alternatively, the interlinking door can be locked and this 2nd bedroom has its own separate entrance and a private sun deck area with a couple of loungers and a small table and chairs. The 2nd bedroom has a pretty queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, built-in closets and a convenience fridge, microwave and toaster oven. Throughout the villa, you have the option of fully screened doors and powerful fans to keep cool, or turn on the AC in the warmer months. You're definitely going to want to sit and enjoy the views at Azure Vista, fortunately you can do it from every room in the house, or from the pool deck.....the fabulous pool is 26' long by 11' wide and 4.5 - 8ft deep, perfectly designed with a step that runs the length of the pool to sit and cool down with a book or a drink. Inviting sun-loungers offer relaxed comfort on the beautiful stone and brick deck that blends in with the natural habitat of the rocky hillside with the lush vegetation. The villa is easily accessible by paved road above Long Bay Beach, but private and tucked into the hillside at the end of its convenient driveway with plenty of space for turning etc. The house is equipped with wifi, an automatic-start generator, washer and dryer, pool noodles, beach chairs, a cooler and beach umbrella. The pool heater is available at $150/wk if you prefer a warmer pool in the winter months. As managers of Azure Vista, we work directly for the villa owners and we live on Tortola full time, just a mile from Azure Vista in fact! Our role is to make sure that the property is in tip-top condition at all times and that you have the best vacation possible. We know the villas that we manage inside out and can answer any questions you may have about the property ahead of time. We have up-to date local knowledge so once you have booked we offer assistance with car rental, provisioning, boat trips, water taxis, restaurant reservations, excursions...anything you need! We will coordinate your arrival so that you know how to reach the villa and we will greet you to show you around the property. Azure Vista is located in Long Bay, West End where many of the rental villas have been built so we have a great selection of restaurants within 5 - 15 minutes drive of the villa. West End Jetty is just 10-15 minutes away, perfect if you're arriving by water-taxi from St Thomas (no ferries scheduled as of Oct'21), the New Horizon ferry to Jost van Dyke also leaves from West End jetty. Soper's Hole Marina is another great West End feature, home to 3 restaurants (Pussers Landing, Omar's Coffee Shop and Omar's Fusion), Harbour Market grocery store, Arawak, Breeze and Allamanda gallery gift shops, plus Island Surf and Sail for all kinds of watertoy rentals. We recommend renting a 4WD vehicle for your stay. There's plenty to go and see and taxis add up quickly. Tortola is only 12 miles long by 3 miles at its widest but it's a mountainous island and the roads can be pretty rugged so a 4WD SUV allows you to explore without any worries; the BVIs are very safe so you can explore anywhere the road takes you. We can help you to reserve a 4WD SUV to be delivered to your port of entry, or even more relaxing after a long day of travel...we can arrange for a taxi to meet you and have the SUV delivered to the house.
