Four bedrooms, each have separate entrances and are equipped with high efficiency air conditioning units, smart TVs, high speed WiFi, four private bathrooms with showers and kitchenettes with microwave, coffee-maker, coffee pods & dining essential utensils. Fully equipped kitchen upstairs in Penthouse II. The two penthouses can be unlocked and connected if requested. Outdoors: Panoramic views from infinity pool, lounge & gazebo for Ocaso Luxury Villa guests. Outdoor cascade shower & bathroom are a plus. Guests who book this listing will enjoy the privacy of having the premises all to themselves. Maintenance staff & pool staff may come extra quietly at sunrise . Rural area, up the mountains. Once inside the OLV gates, it is quiet & private but close enough to the beach (20 minutes car ride) & 15 minute ride to downtown Rincon. Car is necessary. The house is located on a residential area, quiet times starts at 10:00 pm. ***We are currently building new villas across from the property. Forgive us for some noise during some mornings.
