Whether it's just you or 4 of you, you will basically have the whole North end of the upstairs to yourself. This listing is for 2 rooms. I've set up the 2nd bedroom as a retreat. It has a brand new Full-sized velvet daybed with a comfortable 8 inch foam mattress, new massage recliner, 55 inch Smart TV, new 47 inch computer desk, new 3 piece drop leaf dining table, new mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. I'm always updating the furniture and decor in the retreat, so the pictures shown may not reflect what you see in person. The main room shown is with a new Queen-sized, pillow-top bed and plenty of closet space. During summer months: Next to the bed is a brand new window AC unit to keep you cool! New blinds, ceiling fan, night stand, floor rug, and decor. Brand new 40" Smart TV with access to Roku, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. Separate bath with shower/tub and double sink. Bathroom is not attached but directly across the hall from both rooms and only you and your party will be using it. Full access to laundry and kitchen if needed. Please clean up after yourself! I also have a community pool/spa you can access upon request (unless there are restrictions due to Covid-19) but I must accompany you. It's really not a big deal for me though so we can work it out if you'd like to use it. I'm a pretty sociable guy but totally respect one's privacy. It's a beautiful drive taking the back way through to the wineries. As far as parking goes you can either park on the street or in the driveway. If you are here for a short stay please park on the street. There are 3 gates to access my neighborhood off of Rockport/Briggs. Within walking distance to Starbucks, Staters, restaurants/fast food, and parks. You'll have to endure my 4 year old Chocolate Lab "Ruby"! She loves people and belly rubs! Best dog ever!
