Casa de la Bahia ( House by the Bay)

The house is newly renovated. It is a block and a half from the bay. The Malecon ( the street by the bay) has several excellent seafood restaurants and a couple of nice bars. We are less than 5 minutes by car from the beach. There is a nice public beach with facilities next to the Copamarina Resort . Copa has a great seaside bar. Guánica is surrounded by the Guanica Dry forest ( a UN biosphere) . Great hiking trails, some of which lead to the beach. 4 bedrooms.A good sized eat-in kitchen . 2 full bathrooms. Full sized washer&dryer . A rear screened in porch. It’s whole house access Alan is available by text. Luis is local and can assist if needed . We are 20 minutes west of Ponce ( the second largest city inPR). Plenty of nice restaurants. We are 20 minutes east of a bioluminescent bay near Lajas. The Faro de los Morrilos lighthouse is about 25 miles. It is surrounded by bird sanctuaries and has a nice beach. 10 minutes and surrounding Guánica is the Dry Forest which is a UN biosphere and has multiple hiking trails Parking is available in front of the house Ponce has an airport that JetBlue flys into. 20 minutes from the house. San Juan is a 2 hour drive
