Modern living on one level. Spacious two bedroom home centrally located between Glace Bay and Sydney. Including everything you will need for your stay. Quiet neighbourhood with a private backyard and 4 person Hot Tub. Note: If you are inquiring about certain dates in the future and they are not available, please send a message with the dates and I will try to accommodate you the best I can! No pets * No parties * No smoking NO EXCEPTIONS. The entire space is yours! You will have access to the entire home. The Kitchen - immaculate open concept kitchen space, black stainless appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave). Large kitchen island with (2) comfortable swivel bar stools for entertaining. Also featured is a coffee corner with coffee maker, coffee and herbal teas. All needed cooking-ware is supplied (utensils, pots, pans, toaster, blender etc). Kitchen table with six chairs. The Living Area - a comfortable couch (also sleep-able) and TV with access to Apple TV. (Netflix, Crave). No cable or satellite. The Bathroom - bright and airy bathroom, with a double vanity so no one has to fight over the sink! The shower is a one piece shower and bath combo. A deep tub to relax and soak away your troubles. All bath towels, hand towels and face cloths are supplied. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash also supplied. The Laundry Room - modern stackable washer and dryer for guest use. Detergent and softeners are supplied. The Main Bed - Spacious Master bedroom with an extremely comfortable wrought iron King size bed. Adjacent to the bed is a cozy wall mounted fireplace to set the ambiance. Above the fireplace is a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Crave, etc. This room has two large ceiling fans, a closet with hangers and blinded windows for privacy. During warmer months, this room is air conditioned. The Second Bed - Bright and comfortable bedroom with Queen Size bed. This room features a ceiling fan, blinded windows, a closet with hangers, and salt lamps. The bed has memory foam toppers that allow for a great rest. This room is not air conditioned during summer, however a intake/outtake is supplied for the window which cools the room just as much as an A/C. The Oasis - walk off the back patio doors to a paved patio. During summer months you will find a sectional with plenty of seating and coffee table. Walk a few more feet to enjoy the 5 person, 29 jet HOT TUB, which sits under a newly constructed pergola. Kick back and enjoy privacy while soaking in the hot tub. Watch the sunset over the back yard or star gaze above at night. A fire pit, and barbecue is also available for guest use (spring/summer/fall only) Entire House Interaction can be as much or little as you prefer. Conveniently located 3 minutes (drive) from YQY (Sydney) Airport. Cape Breton University & Nova Scotia Community College are both 6.2 kms away. Within minutes drive of Mayflower Shopping Mall, Grocery Stores, Fitness Centres, Tim Horton’s and Restaurants. The Fortress of Louisbourg, Cabot Trail, and Baddeck are all within reasonable driving distance. Close to public beaches, hiking trails, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, coffee shops and malls. If you are not arriving by your own vehicle, the home is located on the public transit route that stops directly in front of the home.
