A well equipped kitchen and large shower bathroom with towels and bath essentials. Speed Wifi available. A/C in the living room space. The home is only a five minute walk to the beautiful southern coastal beach and a wide array of exclusive restaurants. All are welcome to experience local living at its best. The tourist center is just around the corner and offers kayak, paddle board, and other water relative activities crafts for rent. The home has private parking for one vehicle. There is also street parking in front of the home. Available when in town. But always available for questions via texts. 😁 My beach home is located on the south coast of Puerto Rico. A five minute walk to the beach and restaurants and entertainment. Enjoy morning walks with spectacular and picturesque views of the sunrise and the sunset. Only walking distance there are kayaks, paddle board and other water sports craft for rent. You can even ride on a boat tour through all the bay islands with opportunity to manatíes and dauphins. There are a variety of birds. And the best thing is the friends community, the locals are welcoming and will engage and help with any questions. The beach and the restaurants are all within 5-7 minutes walking distance. There are two grocery stores, Walgreens pharmacy with in 2 miles from the house. Safe and fun.
