The space does have a laundry area that is charge at a minimum fee of $60 USD Situated in the beautiful and highly secured Dante's Court complex in Kingston 8. Dante's Court is well positioned as it is less than 5-minutes drive from restaurants and local shops, and 15-20 minutes from soverign mall, Bob Marley Museum, Emancipation park and my favorite spot, Devon House Ice Cream. Within that 15-20 minutes drive you'll also find entertainment spots such as Tripple Century Sports Bar&Grill, Fiction Night Club. This apartment condo is conveniently located in a central spot in Kingston, ideal corporate housing for the business travelers, family/friends and for those adventurous island hoppers. This is your home away from home. You are welcome to use the entire unit. The laundry area is available for a minimum fee of $60 USD. You will have your access code to enter in and out of the unit, you will also be provided with a remote/key to have access to the property. Our co- host will be kind enough to point out parking spot 21 which is the designated parking spot for the unit and any other visitors parking. We will be available via email and cell phone and our co- host will be available and reachable by cell phone as well. Feel free to give us a call anytime. Our co-host will be happy to assist and relay any messages if there's any issues during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet but can be noisy some nights during the week. This is Jamaica and night life is everything. Music is always on point if you're into music. Restaurants are in walking distance of the unit. One of my favorite place to stop is Tastee patties , Yes to coco bread and beef patties its a must try. Road work is currently being done and is almost complete. This is definitely going to make things easier and more accessible for people. In addition there's alternate route to the location. Public or private transportation. Taxis are available. We would be happy to provide you with contact numbers for reputable taxis companies. T.V Remotes and Gate remotes: If the TV remotes are reported as being lost or damage, a replacement fee of $50.00 USD will be charge to you to have the remotes replace. If the remote for the entrance/exit gate is lost or damage, a replacement fee of $100.00 USD will be charge to you to have the remote replace. The laundry room is available for a minimum cost of $60.00 USD Early check in fee is an additional charge of $40.00 Late check out fee is an additional charge of $40.00 No Smoking in the home and we would appreciate no eating in the bedrooms. Parents with small Children are reminded to pay special attention to their children as this is their responsibility.
