The Lakehouse

Beautiful, lakefront, and freshly renovated, this lakehouse is the perfect relaxing destination. This home comfortably sleeps 19 people for a perfect weekend away with friends and family. Some of the highlights include a loft bunk room that sleeps 8 guests, shiplap, beautifully furnished, outdoor fireplace, kayak/ paddleboard, and 9 hole grass green golf course down the road. Cottage enthusiasts will enjoy unforgettable views and starry nights bundled up by the campfire. * Please note the loft space has 8 twin beds. This is a beautiful space perfect for teams, retreats, or other group events. Great for team building! I am available to guests with messaging and I also live very close so can be available in person as well. We are located at the gorgeous all seasons Sandy Beach Regional Park. Driving by car is the best way to arrive at the Lakehouse! This lakefront cottage is located at Sandy Beach Regional Park 18kms north of Lloydminster, Saskatchewan/ Alberta. Canada's Border City! Since it is a Regional Park, you will be required to purchase a park pass. It is $8/ per day. PLEASE NOTE: During this time of COVID-19, we ask that all guests bring their own condiments, food, beach chairs and beach towels. If guests from multiple households are staying at The Lakehouse they must abide by the Government of Saskatchewan's current guidelines and restrictions regarding COVID-19 and public and private gatherings.
