Private Shed Chic Bunkie in Country Setting

Located 5 minutes from Mahone Bay, nestled in 5 acres of private gardens and woods, tons of privacy and quiet greet you each day along with the local wildlife. Enjoy the firepit & roasting a sausage, hot dog or make s'mores , a charcoal BBQ is available too. Make breakfast or simple meal in the kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven & electric kettle. Play croquet, bocce or frisbee, enjoy our books or board games. Complimentary coffee & tea are waiting for you. Only 45 minutes from Halifax, your chic shed is located close to several beautiful beaches, hiking and biking trails, kayak rentals, surfboarding shop, tennis courts, golf courses ,wineries, breweries and distilleries, bike rentals, great restaurants & unique shops in charming Mahone Bay and walking tours of historic Lunenburg, a UNESCO world heritage site. There is certainly lots to do. Your private bunkie is in the back half of my garden shed, separate from the main house. Its half bath consists of a flushable portable toilet and a sink with water jug for hand washing. (no hot running water) There is an electric kettle to heat water if needed. The kitchenette has water for washing up too. Drinking water is provided. The kitchenette is equipped for simple meal preparation and the all important morning coffee! If you want to have a lobster boil, I've got all the gear needed for a small fee. The shed's metal roof provides a lovely sound during a rain shower but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. There is no air conditioning but lots of windows and fans for added ventilation. Pets are welcome but please bring a blanket if you want them to sleep with you on the bed. There are pet dishes available and a medium size pet bed too. There is free parking on the property. You are within walking distance of views of the Narrows Basin and a Rails to Trails walking trail (Warning: there are some butt burner hills on the way!). It's only a 5 minute drive to Mahone Bay and the property is less than 5 minutes from the 103 limited access highway (Exit 10). Halifax and the Annapolis Valley are only 45 minutes away. There is a lovely little beach only 3 minutes away. If there is anything you need that I haven't thought of to make your stay more enjoyable, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm right next door. Your bunkie is on a quiet, private, rural property only 5 minutes from charming Mahone Bay, 10 minutes from mysterious Oak Island, 20 minutes from Chester and Bridgewater and 15 minutes to historic Lunenburg There are lots of great restaurants in the area, many offering outdoor dining and take out along with grocery stores, markets, drug, liquor and convenience stores, wineries, distilleries, farmers markets and some of the most beautiful scenery in the province. You will need a car to enjoy the area. There is no public transportation and taxi service is very limited.
