Our spacious yet cozy home is the perfect space to meet up with friends or family, or to work remotely using our WiFi while relaxing and enjoying this beautiful and historic town. Our home is close to town, but secluded enough so you have privacy. You’ll have a view of West Virginia’s beautiful mountain landscape in the distance. We can house up to 7 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms with 1 k, 2 Q & 1T beds. I will always be a phone call away and I will do my best to make you feel at home. Our home is located walking distance from the heart of downtown historic Berkeley Springs, the country’s first spa. Downtown, you’ll find an assortment of spas, dining options, adorable shops, art, live music and festivals, and the famous Berkeley Spring’s natural warm springs. We are 15 miles away from Cacapon State Park for those seeking a little adventure any time of the year, with 20 miles of hiking trails, an 18 hole golf course, horseback riding, and a lake and river for swimming and fishing. Whitetail Resort, offers skiing snow boarding and tubing, totally worth the 40 minutes drive! Cacapon Mountain Brewing is only 1 mile away and Cold Run Valley Winery is only 6 miles away. Driving 20 miles will take you to Knob Hall Winery, which makes high quality wines. For those who enjoy biking the entrance to the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal (C&O Canal) is only 7 miles away from the Hancock entrance. Access to a Gym, and a perfect heated pool for swimming is an option, just buy a day pass at Coolfont resort, located 5.2 miles away or 19 minutes drive. The house has a comfortable living room; with a Smart TV and fast and reliable Wi-Fi, so you can watch your favorite Netflix shows or work remotely while enjoying a change of scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need during your stay, including cookbooks to try out a new recipe. I even have a coffee station and a tea kettle. Our outdoor koi-pond offers you a spot to relax, meditate, or read that book you’ve been wanting to read but have put aside for so long. Stay in Lomalinda and explore Berkeley springs and the surrounded areas. Guests will have access to the main floor of the house. The basement is reserved to the owner’s personal use.
