From this apartment you will probably have one of the best views of the island overseeing Philipsburgs Great Bay with its cruise ships and Divi Little Bay. This is a perfect studio for anyone who wants to enjoy all of SXM. It is close to restaurants, bars, casinos, the city center and the beach. You will love this place because of the ambiance and the outdoors space and of course the pool with breathtaking view. This place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The studio apartment has everything you need. A queen size bed, flat screen TV with Netflix, a complete kitchen with bar and a bathroom. There is a beautiful deck with breathtaking views over Little bay and Philipsburgs Great Bay. On top of all of this the complex has a gorgeous pool which is rarely used by the other apartment (shared with 1 other apartment). The complex is gated and there is a parking space right in front of your apartment. We will be there upon arrival and will always be reachable by phone, (Hidden by Airbnb) and email. Little Bay is a quiet neighborhood just around the corner of all action you might be looking for. Super close to casinos, restaurants and 2 minutes walking distance away from Divi Little Bay resort where you will have access to the beach. There are so many things to do in less than a 5 minute walk or drive. Of course you can rent a car (smallest are at about 25/35$ a day) as there are so many places to visit at both sides of the island. Numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, activities, marinas with ferries to other islands are close to home. There are shops, spa's, a golf course, marinas with ferries to other islands, water sports and a movie theater. The capitols Philipsburg on the Dutch side and Marigot on the French side offer duty free shopping and local markets. Visit Pinil Island for a great day on the beach or go to Grand Case for a French dining experience. One of the things St Maarten is famous for is the sight of the planes landing on Juliana airport. Just past the airport you will find the famous Sunset Beach Bar and Driftwood bar where the planes practically land on your head. the tv in this apartment has a ROKU box with a Netflix account.
