Mariscal Nogales THIS UNIT DOES NO HAVE AIR CONDITIONING You are coming to a tropical destination. The weather changes and can get warm at times. This property does not have air conditioning, but has ceiling and floor fans. Please be aware of this detail. No pets allowed. Guests have access to the lower pool area, all areas outside of the Casita including the lower level patio. It is located on a hillside so walking and stairs are involved. If you are renting a car- a 4x4 is recommended. Compact cars can be difficult to get to through the unpaved roads on the hills. I have a property manager that takes care of anything you need as well as the meet and greet at the properties. The home is situated in a very quiet cul de sac. Rarely any car traffic and great area to go hiking around the village. Beautiful scenery all around. It is on a hillside and has stairs to access the property. You must be ok with stairs and also ok with walking up and down the hill if you are not renting a car. There are stairs to get into the property and down to the pool area. If you are driving a 4x4 is recommended. 4x4 is recommended The town offers taxi service and daily bus schedules to the surrounding areas. Most of my renters never have a car and prefer to take in the village with walks. We now have mini Ubers available in town to take you up and down the hillside. NO PETS Unit does not have air conditioning. You are traveling to a tropical area so please be aware of this.
