Ballantyne Elevation Room/3rd floor private bath

One the 1st floor, there is a “shared space “ and theatre room for first to lounge and relax or watch tv, game or a movie. The 3rd floor is where the room is as well as the bathroom that is provided for the guest. This is a 3rd floor room with access to the “Shared Space” on the 1st floor. It is a movie room with a very comfortable sectional sofa for lounging and relaxing. The 2nd floor Amenities (the bathroom, kitchen, stove refrigerator, coffee maker, dining room table, TV and living space on the 2nd floor are off limits to guest. The “Shared Space” has theater sound and a 65” TV with a comfortable sofa for your use if you want to get a change of scenery. I will give you your space but I am accessible and willing to communicate especially if you have questions about the area. There are several restaurants, churches, shops and grocery stores within a 4 mile radius of my home. Door Dash, Uber Eats and many local restaurants deliver to this address. There are 3 gyms for workouts within a 5 mile radius. Crunch Fitness is less than a mile away. Elevation church is in walking distance of 1 mile is within your grasp. Parking in front of the house on the street is allowed. Uber and Lyft are options if you need them as well. OFF LIMITS The 2nd floor living area, dining area, bathroom and kitchen are off limits for guest usage and is only for my private use. Please use the shared space on the 1st floor to lounge or watch tv and your room only.
