Nice bedroom and private full bathroom in the suburbs of Columbus Ohio. Bedroom overlooks a beautiful koi pond. 40" HD TV and Keurig coffee maker, small refrigerator and microwave in the bedroom. Pet friendly. We take cleaning and sanitizing seriously. We follow Airbnb's cleaning guidelines and fill out a check list of what, how and when we've sanitized. WIFI available Washer and Dryer in the basement. Access to Kitchen and Family room. Quiet safe neighborhood in Dublin Ohio. Queen size bed and private guest bathroom. Fire-Pit and KOI pond in the back yard. USB charger and Lighting cable charger for iPhone's and iPad's. Filtered water at the kitchen sink (Reverse Osmosis) Dexter Park is only a few block away. It's a playground, basket ball court and jogging path. Haden Run Falls and the Scioto river are 1.1 miles. Tuttle Mall is - 1.5 miles Downtown Old Dublin, OH - 3 miles Muirfield Village Golf Club - 7.5 miles Downtown Columbus - 15 miles OSU Stadium - 9 miles Grandview, OH - 7.5 miles Hilliard Fairgrounds - 3.5 miles I live in the suburbs of Dublin Ohio about 10 minutes from downtown Columbus, 3 miles from downtown Dublin and 1 mile from Tuttle Mall. Downtown Columbus has a bike share service. Where you can rent a bike by the hour or day. There are about 25 dropoff / pickup stations in the downtown area. The TV in the family room has Netflix and YouTube. Recycling bin in located under the kitchen sink and large city trash and recycling bins around the side of the garage. Steam Iron and ironing board is in the laundry room in the basement. There's detergent and everything you should need to do laundry. It has a nice walking/jogging path around the perimeter and a basketball court and playground. Uber, Lyft or taxi is the best way to get around without a car. We also have 2 bicycles available. There are marked bike lanes in the neighborhood and some nice bike paths in the area. Columbus City buses (COTA) comes through the area. The bus stop is about a mile an a half away on the corner of Frantz Rd and McGrath Dr. I believe all of the buses have bike racks. There are two very friendly indoor/ outdoor cats here. Spooky is the black cat and Monster is the multicolored cat.
