Our newly renovated home is furnished with everything you might need and more! Beautiful hardwood floors support a 'home away from home' for business or pleasure. Nestled in the middle of Coon Rapids, Iowa you will be minutes from everything you need - grocery, shopping, golf, aquatic center, local restaurants and all that Whiterock Conservancy has to offer including trails of all kinds - running, biking, horseback riding and more. Our full kitchen includes a fridge, range, microwave, Keurig as well as all of the utensils, pots and pans you'll need to cook or bake. We even stock some of the basic items for you - seasonings, condiments, etc. 3 bedrooms sleep up to 7 guests - a queen in the Master bedroom - a full bunk with twin above it in the second bedroom and - a twin bed and a futon in the finished attic/third bedroom. There are built-in drawers and spacious closets in the master and second bedrooms. They provide the storage room you'll need to make you feel right at home. Please know access to the bathroom and third bedroom is through the second bedroom. The third bedroom/finished attic has a fairly steep staircase. Our cozy living room holds a 50" TV with 15-20 channels along with a DVD player and a variety of movies. Books, books and more books outline our built-in shelves. We have a wonderfully secluded screened-in patio out back which includes a grill. You have access to the entire property during your stay. The home is all yours during your stay. We live south of town and are available if and when you need us. Perched in the middle of one of the many hills in Coon Rapids, our home is ideally secluded for being in town. You can walk anywhere in town in mere minutes. Main Street is 4 blocks south and access to the Town Loop Trail is just a few more. Off street parking is available for your stay as well as street parking for numerous vehicles. We do allow some pets. Pets must be disclosed prior to booking for consideration. An additional deposit will be required. Pets must be 100% house trained. Renters are responsible for cleaning up after their pets including pet hair in the house and excrements outside. We ask that renters bring additional sheets or blankets to cover furniture and reduce the amount of pet hair on them. Pets are not allowed to run at large and should be kept on a leash. Pets should not be left unconfined alone in the house. In addition to the deposit, renters are responsible for any and all damage caused by pets and any extra cleaning resulting from pets.
