We are 5 minutes away from la Sirena Supermarket, 1 minute from Plaza Merengue and 3 minutes from El Parque Duarte. STI Airport is 35 minutes away. Centrally located 2 bedroom, 1 bath modern apartment Parking lot, main entrance and entire private apartment with private balcony Management will supply key and instructions in person upon check in. During Covid protocol check-in is limited to between 2PM and 7 PM Building is located on a main street, not congested with many buisness's. The bedrooms are located in the back of the building ensuring quiet. Transportation is limited to rental cars and taxis 1. Our property has six units in it! All are identical two bedroom and one bath. The are located on the first floor, second floor and third-floor so please feel free to browse our other listings if you have a preference to the floor each has a balcony and parking. 2.
