Enjoy stunning sunsets, kayaking, a private pool, and more Miami Vice One is a tasteful, modern villa and offers two levels of living space with gorgeous turquoise views. This new vacation rental villa offers kayaks, paddleboards, and is a short 2-minute walk or swim to the beautiful "oasis" of Sapodilla Bay Beach. The top floor king bedroom has a large soaking tub and shower stall, all with an ocean view -wake up to paradise! The fully furnished kitchen and living room also have a full wall of sliding glass doors to make sure you take the views in while cooking and relaxing! Enjoy your freshly caught fish on the gas BBQ grill included with the villa. Sapodilla Bay is right at your fingertips, and the villa comes with two sea kayaks and two paddleboards so you can really enjoy the beautiful bay! Note: these amenities are shared with Miami Vice One's neighbor, Miami Vice Two. ** Notes: • All of our properties are offered with double occupancy (2 per bedroom). This includes children and babies of all ages. • A rental car is highly recommended as it is the best and most economical way of getting around. • A one-time $235 cleaning fee is added to the rental rates advertised herein. • Please note this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday to Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Please inquire directly if this is the time frame you wish to travel and we will see if we can make it happen! • AC is metered in order to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in and you are given an allotment of $150 per week, which is generally sufficient for guests' stays. COVID Policies Update: • Credit policy: In the event that the island is closed to international travel or there is a mandatory quarantine in place upon arrival at PLS, TC Villas will issue 100% credit to be used at the same villa within 12 months.
