Condo has a fully-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, including icemaker, dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. Condo features two cable TVs, DVD, in living room, ceiling fans, air conditioning** (although you won't need it with our wonderful trade winds), very comfortable KING size bedroom, queen sofabed WITH DREAM TOPPER! in living room just in case you prefer to sleep to the sound of the surf or if there are more than 2 in your party. We also provide a floor futon if the 3rd & 4th guest do not choose to share the sofabed. By request, we can provide a Play 'n Pak and an inflatable mattress if you prefer that rather than the single floor futon (inflatable takes up a lot of floor space, so we don't recommend it). Bathroom has tub/shower combo. **PLEASE NOTE: The Princess AC is a water-cooled, roof-mounted central system, BUT it is NOT like the Mainland AC you may be accustomed to, meaning it will NEVER get super cold--simply not that kind of design. The great majority of folks are very comfortable when everything is left open letting our wonderful trade winds, great cross-ventilation, ceiling fans , and stand fans keep the condo fresh with tropical breezes! If you require super cold AC, this may not be the condo for you. We provide all beach equipment: chairs, umbrella, mat, cooler, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear. Our condo is truly sitting right on the most beautiful, pristine, white sand beach on the Leeward Coast. You may even borrow our one-person kayak. Not available on all days. Makaha is on the non-touristy side of Oahu--very much "old Hawaii" Our location is out on the beautiful Leeward Coast with its beautiful beaches. This is NOT a touristy location, and it is about a 45-minute to an hour's drive, depending entirely on traffic, to Waikiki, Honolulu, & attractions.. There are lots of fast food and ethnic restaurants in Makaha with fine dining only 20 minutes away at Ko'Olina and Au'Lani Disney Hotel. Kapolei is about 20-25 minutes away, and has MANY restaurants and great shopping. All major attractions are a good drive away from condos; there is a water park in Kapolei.
