This recently renovated basement guest suite is only dedicated for Airbnb guest, the full kitchen, 3 piece bathroom and living area is all you need for your time away from home. We, (the hosts), stays on the main floor, we have a 5 year old and a baby under 2 years of age, thus footsteps noise must be expected. Guest will be provided with basement door key for additional security and peace of mind. Space heaters are also provided. 2 Nights Minimum Stay. 15 Nights Maximum Stay. Maximum 2 guests ONLY, additional $15 for the 2nd guest. NO undeclared guest is allowed. If you are a night shift worker that needs to rest during daytime, please know that footsteps noise is more noticeable during the day as we live on the main floor of the house. Keys Our door keypad is not numbered, thus door code will be shown to you upon check in. You will be accessing the Main Door of the house which leads to the basement. The neighborhood is quiet and very accessible. Located along HWY 17 which provides easy access to stores, gym, coffee shops and vehicle repair shops. Ample parking space on the street and a spot in the driveway. The City do not have public transport but Taxi services are available. 1. The Power Breaker is located in the room. It is very rare that we need to access it, however in the event that the power trips and breaker needs to be accessed, you will be notified before we enter the suite. 2. Since it is a basement suite, footsteps and squeaky floors should be expected, we will try our best to be as quiet as possible. Please know that we have 5 year old and a baby under 2 yrs of age. 3. The kitchen sink makes a gurgling noise when washing machine is being used and when the furnace condenser disposes water. 4.
