We are offering a lovely private home located in Clearwater 5 minutes to Dutch Lake. Our home is wheelchair accessible. It is nestled on a mountain, surrounded by trees over looking the beautiful Clearwater river. The home also offers a full aesthetic spa for a relaxing stay (packages and prices on arrival). Will rent as whole house or separate rooms, with shared accommodations . The home has 4 bedrooms with full access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and upstairs you will find 1 deluxe suite with private full bathroom, and a private deck over looking the river, 2 more bedrooms upstairs with queen beds and shared bathroom and semi private deck access off of each bedroom. Enjoy a spectacular view of the Clearwater river and trophy mountains from the homes many decks. On the main floor there is one 1 private wheel chair access entry suite with One Queen and a double bed. There is also in this room a full handicap accessible bathroom, mini fridge, coffee machine and TV. - Wood Fire Pit Area - Kayak rentals - look out point to sit and have coffee or tea Home is completely wheelchair accessible with ramps on both sides. Guest can access the entire main floor and upstairs depending on what kind of booking. The aesthetic spa is on the bottom level and only permitted down there if they are purchasing a package or getting a service done. By phone or email. It is quaint, quiet and simply breath taking. There are no neighbors. There is a taxi service in town or walking as it is very close to amenities. Please note there air conditioner on main level and keeps the house pretty cool throughout as long as doors are kept closed and not left open during day.laundry facilities available for bnb guest and whole house rental for a fee of 10.00 a load with use of laundry soap and softener.
