This home has one of the most beautiful views on the lake! See the lake from all rooms! There is a comfy porch swing to lounge on while you enjoy the beautiful sunset! So many beautiful sunsets! Whether you are coming for a race event, fishing, boating or just r & r, you have found the perfect place! There are several local restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Talladega Super speedway is 21 miles! Pell City is about a 15 minute drive. Great location and the view is mesmerizing! This is the upper level of a home with a kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a lower level that is not included in this listing - it is included in a separate listing, Lakeside Hideaway. This listing is the upper level only but there will be no other guests onsite. Boat dock has a lift designed for a pontoon boat with space for tying your boat or PWC, fishing, or swimming. A float and boogie board are available for your enjoyment. The view from every room in the house, the balcony, porch, deck, or dock is awesome! A charcoal grill is available for your use. Kitchen is fully equipped with most all your needs (no shared food items like spices, oils, etc). We are following a cleaning protocol to insure your space is fresh and clean. This is a great neighborhood- friendly and helpful neighbors! There is a neighbors watch to maintain safety. We all respect each other’s privacy. We prefer to pull forward in the turn out and back into the parking area - not necessary but seems easier. The width of the parking area will accommodate 3 autos side by side. There is a space just past the entrance to the driveway that could accommodate a boat or PWC trailer. The street dead ends but there is room to make a turn with a trailer at the end of the street. Direct TV stream is used for regular viewing via Apple TV device and smart tv. Occasionally there are issues with the app loading - unplug Apple TV device and then plug back in for it to reset. If walking down to boat dock after dark, please take a flashlight to insure you can see the steps properly.
