You will enjoy peace and tranquility in our newly redesigned apartment for a very cozy stay located in the heart of McLean. From all the living room windows you will see tall trees, sunrises and sunsets, if you’re lucky, rabbits in the grass in the Spring. Entering through the double glass doors there is a wide-open living and dining area that spans the entire length of the apartment. This leads into a brightly-lit, fully-stocked kitchen, newly-installed cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator, and microwave. The full bathroom with all supplies is adjacent to the kitchen. There are two double bedrooms with large wall closets, chests of drawers, and plenty of shelf space. The home features ceramic-tile flooring throughout, recessed lights on dimmers and lamps. There is a full carbon-filtration system installed that filters all water coming into the house, and there is a full-size washer/dryer in a separate area off the kitchen. Also there is space on the driveway next to the house for parking. The apartment is further equipped with: - HD TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. - Coffee-maker and French press - Kettle - Hairdryer - Iron and ironing board - Free, high-speed Wifi - Complete water filtration from all faucets The sleeping configuration is: 1 queen bedroom, with chest of drawers and full wall built-in wardrobe 1 queen bedroom, with chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe 1 large single sofa-bed in the living room (may be used for 2 children) We can accommodate 5-6 guests comfortably. There is plenty of space for you and your guests to make yourselves completely at home. We have professional, and very meticulous, cleaners who ensure that the apartment is always in perfect, as-new, condition for our guests. We welcome longer stay guests any time - the cleaning service is available for use if needed. You will have full private access to the apartment via a separate entrance. The entire apartment will be for your sole and use. You will be greeted on arrival and be given a key for the apartment door. I will be available to help if needed throughout your stay. The apartment is in a family-friendly neighborhood with access to some of the best schools in the entire DC metropolitan area. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, a service station, and restaurants all within close walking distance. Community playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, a football field and two swim clubs are also within easy walking distance. The apartment is minutes away from the Falls Church and Ballston Metros, two lights to DC and a 15 minute drive to the Pentagon via the George Washington Memorial Parkway. Full cleaning cleaning and disinfecting service will be done prior to your arrival at no additional cost, and will be available for you throughout your stay if required for $50 per cleaning session.
