Relaxing and Cozy Room to get away from everything and connect with yourself! Beautiful, clean, peaceful house located in a safe gated community near Palmas de Mar. Very well located, near beaches, restaurants, "chincorros", etc. Also property is a short drive away from beautiful touristics places like the Rainforest El Yunque, Luquillo Beach, Reserva Natural de Humacao, El Cocal (for Surfing), Las Cabezas de San Juan (Fajardo), among others. Room is perfect for couples or solo travelers who want to spend a relax weekend, resting, touristing, "beaching" or just getting away from routine and "reality". Guests will have a shelving space for groceries and space in the fridge for cold groceries. If guests would like I can prepare Fresh Puertorrican Coffee in the mornings ! I should be available the most time of the guests stay. I love to have good conversations and if it is with good wine even better! Available for recommendations for eating, entertainment and touristics places. Gated Community, very peaceful and quiet. Is mandatory to follow community rules - Please follow Driving rules and no disturbing noises (specially after 9 pm). Go towards Palmas del Mar - Expreso 53 , after the toll gate take the exit toward Road 906. Merge with Road 906 and take a left in the light. In a couple of minutes you'll find the community to your left. The community has sign with the name Parque de Candelero. You'll have to identify yourself at the gate and notify your are going to Casa F86 before the guard let you in. Convenience Stores, Gas stations, most known fast foods nearby the community. Walgreens, Walmart are less than a 10 min drive away.
