Come enjoy this sunny blue bungalow, located 10 mins from MSP airport, in the SE corner of the Twin Cities. This spacious French country bungalow is in a separate private section of the lower level of our home with: private entrance, full kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with shower, couches & large TV, desk & Wifi, and maximum privacy. Located close to exciting, entertaining, and educational venues you may want to explore, with easy access to the Minneapolis St Paul metro area and Rochester. This furnished bungalow is only used as a rental, so you won't be bothered by our family or our stuff. The space is two large rooms, with a curtain that can be closed, to block off the bedroom, if preferred. It is hard to show in the photos, but this apartment has 3 large sunny windows, two of which look onto the lake. There is plenty of storage for food, clothes, and personal items. There is parking for up to two vehicles. You will have access to 1,000 square feet of totally updated living space, the yard, the patio, the charcoal grill, the dock, the canoe ( paddles, life jackets, etc), and fishing poles. This is a non-smoking home, but you can smoke outside. Please note, at least one person in the renting party must be between the ages of 25-70. Whomever reserves the bungalow, will need to show a photo ID when they arrive, to prevent fraudulent reservations. Thank you. This neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. Our street is positioned between two ponds and one lake, so wetlands surround us. You can take a nice stroll in the neighborhood, or relax in the yard. You will need a car to get the most benefit of the area. There is shopping close by, with a Target store, within a 2 minute drive (or 15 min walk) , and almost anything else you could need, 5 minutes north, on Robert Street. ** Inver Grove Heights has an excellent community center, called "The Grove", where you can: swim, run/walk, exercise, skate, skateboard, take yoga classes, etc, by buying a day pass. There are also many outdoor walking/biking trails within a 5 min drive. Inver Wood Golf Course and The Valley Disc Golf Course are also very close. ** We can offer suggestions on dining and sightseeing options. ** If you prefer to use "Park and Rides," we are close to many Metro Transit Stations. If you are MN Vikings football fans, we are located 2 miles from the Vikings Training Facility and Museum. If you enjoy shopping, the Mall of America and the Twin Cities Premium outlets are a 15 minute drive. You can get to Xcel Energy Center, US Bank stadium, Target Field and Arena, all within 30 minutes. You can get to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester in 1 hour.
