Large, secure, attractively priced and fully equipped apartment in down town Petersburg. Walking distance to everything. Next door to middle harbor and boat rentals. Free laundry in the apartment. This is a 103 year old building. In 1918 plywood, queen sized beds and sheetrock had not been invented. The largest bed that will fit up the narrow stairways is full size. Kitchen has new appliances but is small. Floors are wood planks. The price reflects these realities. Apartment is on the second floor of a 100 plus year old building in downtown Petersburg. Next door to the city office building and police station, with one of the police station security cameras covering the front of the building. Walking distance to everything, as the downtown core is only five blocks long. Soup & Sandwich restaurant on the ground floor. Walking distance to everything. No parking on our property but city parking lot is not restricted and is right across the street. Airport is 14 blocks up the hill. Both grocery stores in town have courtesy vans so a vehicle is not needed. Boat rentals one block away.
