Two bedrooms each have a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. A large front deck overlooks Cavendish National Park and has a beautiful view of the ocean where you can sip your morning coffee to the sound of waves lapping the shore. A large quiet beach is only a two minute walk. Here you can dip your toes in the warm ocean water or lay on the beach and enjoy PEI life at its best. The cottage has a large yard that is perfect for croquet, washer toss, frisbee or a game of catch. In the evening enjoy roasting marshmallows by the campfire. - Fully-equipped kitchen - 3 piece bathroom, - dishwasher - washer & dryer - propane BBQ - furnished patio - lawn games - beach chairs, umbrella and toys - Crib and high chair are available - All linens, towels and beach towels are supplied. Your Island hosts do not live far from the cottage. They are around if an emergency arises but otherwise will not be part of your stay. The area around the cottage consists of quiet family cottages. Beaches and beautiful coastline in every direction. The cottage has direct access to the Cavendish National Park bike trail which runs between North Rustico and Cavendish. The bike trail allows you to explore the national park and its beautiful views. Cavendish offers many family friendly tourist attractions and entertainment for adults as well. Only a short drive away is North Rustico, a quaint fishing village where you can hop on a deep sea fishing charter or enjoy lunch at our favourite water-front restaurant, The Blue Mussel Cafe. Nearby you will also find a wonderful pottery studio and other artisan shops. Beautiful Brackley Beach is only a 20 minute drive away. If you have never been to a drive-in, don't miss the opportunity! The excitement of Charlottetown is only 35 minutes away. Here you will find fine cuisine, brew pubs, theatre and shopping galore. If golfing is your thing, check out any of the fantastic courses that PEI has to offer.
