This beautiful home was built in 2011. It has three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room, private garage, laundry space. It also has a small patio with a grill ready for use. The house is also located on a private gated community that is only a few minutes from the center of the city/town. There is a market not too far, La Sirena, which is about five minutes away. The house is also close to all major highway/ autopistas. Entire house, no children allowed. Gated community No children allowed. No parties, no gatherings, no loud music, as this is a private living residential. Please note, we take these rules very serious and will ask guests to leave our premises if rules are not followed and complaints are made by other residents within the gated community.
