This beautifully decorated beach house was designed with everything in mind for comfort and convenience. Here you will have the best of both worlds as the property is located in a safe, quiet and upscale gated family friendly residential community, while at the same time it just minutes away from downtown Ocho Rios and major attractions Airport Shuttle, car rental, personal chef/cook, personal masseuse and private chauffeur and tour services are available upon request and at an additional cost. This Villa is a spacious and beautifully designed 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow complete with modern finishes such as quartz counter tops, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel three piece appliances, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and microwave. As this is also my home which my family and I share occasionally, it is of utmost importance to us that we do our part to keep our guests, our staff and our community safe. As a result, we have committed to Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol. Our housekeeper has been trained to follow expert guidance and will thoroughly clean and sanitize all high touch point surfaces, down to the light switch, while wearing protective equipment to help prevent cross contamination. Before and after check out, she has been trained to follow an extensive and rigorous cleaning checklist for each room, which can be shared with our guests upon request. Wake up every morning to an amazing view of the sea right from 2 of the three bedrooms. Master bedroom has it's own en suite washroom with stand up glass enclosure shower. Rest comfortably in the spacious living room while you watch cable or good Netflix movie on a High Definition, Flat Screen (Smart TV) Television. In addition to the open Varanda, this property also has a covered patio in the backyard. One of the few homes in the area that does. Have a drink and lounge on the open pati/varanda anytime during the day/night and take in the breeze right from the ocean. The Estate has plenty of amenities to choose from, should you decide to hang around inside the gates. Guests have access to the following which are a short walk from the Villa: Community infinity Pool with free wifi Rec centre with table tennis, pool table, and open air Gym Kid's playground and park Tennis and Basketball courts Mini golf course I am not always on the Island and may not be able to meet you in person; however, I will communicate with you via phone call, text or WATS APP. My housekeeper will also be at your service. St. Anns is known as the "Garden Parish" because of its lush vegetation. You will no doubt appreciate the scenic greenery if you decide to take stroll through the estate. The Estate is a gated community with 24 hours security. The community has the feel of a quiet, relaxing, residential area with plenty of excursions within reach. It is also very safe with three levels of Security, security at the gate, as well as vehicular and on foot security patrol the area round the clock. There is a Supermarket at the entrance of the Estate. They also have a Pharmacy and Deli. Local meals are prepared at the Deli on particular days including Breakfast. The Supermarket also delivers with minimum order of J$5,000.00. If you are looking for more excitement, majority of the excursions are minutes away: Chukka Cove horseback riding and ATV's , Cranbrook Flower Forest, Dolphin Cove, Dunn's River Falls, Scotchies Jerk, Green Grotto Caves, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritavlle, Mystic Mountain and plenty of nearby Beaches. There are also a variety of local cook shops and restaurants in the area. Please message your host for details. There is also a bus route directly in front of the estates. Parking is available for four standard cars on the driveway. Driving Directions: From Sangster's Montego Bay International Airport: The A1 is the only highway from the airport to Ocho Rios. Follow signs to Hwy A1 to Priory and Richmond Estates on the right. After entering the Estate at the traffic light (You will see the flags and the Country store), go to the first stop sign. Make a right at the stop sign and go around the bend to the end of the road and you will see Coolshades on your left. Identify yourself to Security at the gate with the Lot number and he/she will give you access. As we want to ensure you have the best vacation hassle free, we can offer you a choice of your own personal chef, OR our onsite cook with a variety of meal packages offering authentic and delicious Jamaican cuisine. We can also stock the Villa with your requested grocery items; however, guests are responsible for covering the actual cost....receipt will be provided.
