Lake facing studio with private entrance attached to single family home with top of the line queen bed, an in suite kitchenette (equipped with minifridge, microwave, induction top, etc.) & luxurious full bath. We are located in one of the most friendly & safest neighborhoods in Naperville, close to cafes, restaurants, markets, biking trail n mins away from I88. Lake facing private studio suite opens to beautiful backyard attached to single family home where the hosts reside. It's fully private with a separate entrance around the side of the house. P.S: There would be a pet fee of $35/ pet. There is a path around the side of the house that goes to the separate entrance of the Studio with 100 % remote check-in facility. Includes upto 2 street parking spots on the right side of the property. We are onsite and are available for any assistance at any time od day or night...just ring the bell or call us. We think our neighborhood is the most friendly & safest in Naperville close to cafes, restaurants, markets, biking trail, fox vally mall & mins away from I88. Remote check-in details would be shared prior to your arrival. That said, we are on-site & more than happy to assist you with in person check-in if requested for! What to expect with remote check-in? We will email you with detailed check-in instructions along with an unique code prior to your check-in that you can use for the keypad to gain entry to the Studio.
