Stunning Oceanfront near Halifax

This bright oceanfront chalet is secluded, quiet, all about nature and just 20 minutes to Halifax. 2 bedrooms, open concept, modern, two small decks (one on the ocean). It's made for hiking, yoga, relaxing and oceanfront living. The house is 1300 ft2. The Woodstove is not for guest use, the heat pump and passive solar heat will keep you warm in winter. It's a great place for hiking, yoga, relaxing and oceanfront living. Never had an unhappy guest, check in! The chalet feels like the middle of nowhere, it is the middle of nowhere, but you can be downtown for all that Halifax has to offer in 25 minutes- great dining, brilliant music, art or business. Some of the furniture is homemade, some modern. Theres a stereo, wifi, and a well-equiped kitchen with some very rustic features on the outside. See (website hidden) for more pics and details. Car or bike. These prices are for off season only- October - May The Woodstove is not for guest use. There's a Smart TV with Netflix, wifi and stereo. I have a washer but it's not for guest use unless you speak with me first about it’s use please. The kitchen is really well stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker (reuseable screen/filter) and bodums. Otherwise I'll leave a key in a lockbox that is attached to front door handle. I'll forward the combination to you prior to arrival. Quiet fishing village with some artists and come-from-aways slowly moving in. Car or bike. High season is typically $205. Shoulder season when available is typically $175. I rarely accept short stays, particularly when they far into the future. Your quote will depend upon many factors- season, number of guests, number of nights, etc.. I am open to any long stays- weeks, months, etc.. Let me know what works for you. The well water is not potable, I will leave you 10 gallons of bottled water for drinking, coffee, tea and such.
