It's dog-friendly & includes a modern kitchen & bathroom, deck w/ propane grill & three-seasons screened porch overlooking a babbling brook and view of Rail Trail. Location close to local farms, restaurants, antique shopping, wineries & more! *If you would like to bring a dog, you *must* add it to the reservation under the # of guests section upon booking. Please be mindful of checking yourself when spending time outside. *This house does NOT currently have a back-up generator. *Due to risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property. No smoking in or on the property. No pets w/o approval, bringing a pet without approval will result in a $100 fee. No parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the listing. OUTDOOR: The backyard includes an expansive deck with propane grill and screened in porch, which make the outdoor space ideal for warm weather enjoyment. The view and direct access to the Rail Trail offer endless opportunities for adventure during your stay.
