Beautiful 3 Bedroom Cottage

Sunset Vista is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with beautiful panoramic views of the Sou'West River. Being only 6 minutes from Kensington and 12 minutes from Cavendish, many terrific beaches, golf courses, restaurants and other attractions are awaiting just around the corner. Inside you will find an open concept kitchen/dining/living area with vaulted ceilings which is a perfect layout for entertaining and keeping everyone in on the conversation! The entire front of the cottage offers beautiful river views and sliding patio doors off of the dining room, living room and master bedroom allow for direct access to the large wrap around deck. The living area is comfortably furnished and has a heat pump for much needed A/C after a day at the beach! All three bedrooms are situated on the west side of the cottage. The Master bedroom features a queen size bed and view of the river and sunsets through the sliding patio door. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are just a few steps away and feature Queen and Double beds, respectively, and a full bathroom in between. The second bathroom is found just inside the main entrance and includes a stand up shower and laundry facilities. I live in the area and can be contacted via phone, email, or Airbnb any time you have a question or issue with your stay.
