Shuswap Lake beautiful waterfront house. This spacious unique waterfront home is 3400 sq. feet with an 18 foot wide glass garage door from the living room to the 1100 sq. foot deck. Modern open concept 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. House allows 12 guests. Large master bedroom with amazing lake views. Rental comes with 100 feet of waterfront, dock, slide, diving board, buoy and beach, two minute walk to the marina and liquor store. Rentals in peak season are weekly, 3 night min rest of the season. This rental is pet friendly, well behaved dogs are welcome.There is a cabin at the beach on the same property that may or may not be occupied during your stay, lots of room for everyone. We also encourage groups to rent the house and cabin at the same time for large functions, get togethers, family reunions and weddings etc. The cabin is another two bedrooms each with its own queen size log bed and a low ceiling loft designed for children with two double mattress, full kuchen and bathroom. The house has a BBQ cooking station on the deck and ample deck and yard furniture, hammocks, umbrellas on the deck, beach and dock. Large driveway for plenty of parking for trucks, boats, trailers etc. Sand, grass and trees throughout the property. The sounds and smells of the hot Shuswap summer awaits your arrival. ;) We also rent host the house during winter months as the Crowfoot Snowmobile Club base parking lot is a 10 min drive from the property. We have ample parking for 6 or 10 trailers with snow machines. We hope you can enjoy this amazing house and property as much as we do. I work up north long shifts and am out of town most of the time however I do have a property management team that will assist in your every need during your stay. We also have a fantastic cleaning staff that is available for you at any time regardless of your requests. This is truly a beautiful home and waterfront property and my wish if for it to be enjoyed by others as well. Marina is a 3 minute walk and has a full store, liquor store, ice cream, paddle board rentals, boat launch etc. Anglement Golf Course is a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk. lots of hiking trails, mountain biking, waterfalls. Having fun and enjoying yourselves is important however renters must acknowledge that quiet time on the Shuswap is after 10pm. This property is right on Shuswap lake, with 100 feet of waterfront, great boating and fishing. The "Shark Shack" floating pub and restaurant is up at the narrows a 10 to 15 minute boat ride away depending on how fast your boat is. The rope swings are across lake and cliff diving is down the lake at Copper Island. Up lake at the narrows is the Shark Shack pub and restaurant. The Shuswap is an adventure, have fun ! Boat rentals, Sea Do rentals, pontoon boat rentals, tubes, skis etc can all be rented 5 minutes away. Camp sites are close by for additional family guests with motor homes. Weddings can be planned on site for even larger get togethers, family reunions etc. There is also a small cabin with two bedrooms and full bathroom, kitchen etc. on the same property that can be renter as well as the house if required.
