Pvt House Lower Level Garden One Bedroom w/pvt entrance. Comes with queen sz bed and dresser, AC, fireplace & little kitchen (no oven). Wifi available plus TV w/Cable. Separate Room has tv w/firestick and glass table w/bar stools, two fullsize futon beds. Pvt bath. Laundry room but NOT for guests only host. I live here too. Can also pick up from airport for fee. Close to dominoes papa johns, Chinese,casino 15 mins, JFK 15 mins, shopmall 20mins and Long Island railroad & bus on corner. I am home sharing! Not like a hotel. This is my spare space and has private amenities . Has dining area with table and bar stools. Queen bed in main room and two leather futon beds for a 3rd or 4th person if needed. Max 4 people though. There are fireplaces in both the bedroom and the spare room that are heaters as well. So in winter months, if you are cold, you may turn on the heater part to stay warm along with the heat that comes through the radiators. Please note, smoking is allowed in space w/ashtrays in each room. however no smoking on red leather couches. Use of Back Yard to smoke or get air. Own door entrance and exit with security gate. Close to Jamaica Ave, Long Island Railroad, Green Acres Mall, eating places of all kinds, juice bar, laundry mats, Parks, Jfk airport, Resort World casino, Supermarket and Delis all within minutes from 5-20 mins. Cab stand around the corner and bus on the corner as well. Car, Uber, Lyft, Cab Service around the corner and public transportation Q 2 bus one block away takes you to F train along hillside (179th st Station) avenue which can take you to Manhattan and Brooklyn to Site See. Also, Long Island Railroad is on 195th street Hollis station takes you to Manhattan express in about 20 mins you can be on 34th st. Penn station. There is an AC in Bedrm and two standing fans in spare room for hot days to keep the room nice and cool. Dining area is a nice open space and both beds (full sized) can be opened up in this space. There’s a 2nd TV in this room with fire stick only to watch movies when there are extra guests who will sleep in this area. This apt can NOT accommodate more than four people, so that is All that is allowed. Please note: Washer and Dryer are Not For Guests.(guest broke dryer and declined to pay for it) so now NO ONE can use. The open room space has many small trinkets on the shelves so place is not suitable for small children as things can be easily broken or fall. Also, please do not light my candles! They are for decoration only. Windows are not to be opened for security purposes. Lastly, As a courtesy, do not leave dishes you used in the sink!
