The Aerie Oak Lake House

The Aerie Oak is a large 5 bedroom home with huge space to have a multi family retreat. It is wonderful for birding and star gazing as well as campfires and privacy. Restful reading on large front porch facing the sunset sky and large deck in back for morning sunrise breakfast. The house is so comfortable and filled with games and activities. You are a seven block walk from the lake shore, 30 yards off the path off Ohio’s most beautiful mile, as well as the fitness center, pool, tennis courts and pickle ball courts., all amenities of a day pass in Lakeside Chautauqua. The Historic Marblehead Lighthouse is 1 mile from the house, as well as the location near Catawba island and other ferry’s to the islands, and to top it all off, 22 miles from Cedar Point Amusement Park. Enough space for 6 vehicals on property. Fire ring and large side yard for games and recreation. I am available by messages through the app. We just love our home as the last home on the road with large pine trees out the front, so quiet, private and enjoyable. It is a family community so please honor the non party atmosphere. Things should quiet down by 11pm. Thank you. Bikes are great, walking is good too, shuttles are provided while enjoying Lakeside for anyone who purchases a daily gate pass. The pool, fitness center, pickle ball and tennis as well as shuffleboard courts, parks for kids and so much more are available as well with the gate pass. Gate passes are only needed between June 19-Labor Day. No pass is needed outside these dates. You will have 5 car parking spots and any other cars may need to be parked in the yard near the pine trees. Do not block drive across from a thank you.
