Beautiful Mountain Chalet Retreat on Pemby Acreage

A stunning country chalet on 10 acres just minutes drive from downtown Pemberton. 360 views of Pemberton's valley and mountains, bathed in natural light, with vista views from every room. Indoor and outdoor dining areas, two living rooms, and a spacious and equipped kitchen. The outdoor dining area has a gorgeous view of Mount Currie. Please note that we are not currently accepting reservations for weddings on the property and hosting events is not possible on the property at this time. The main house is your space to stay and is not shared. We have one tenant on the acreage in a separate carriage house who has a dog named Benny. Our tenant is friendly and may be in the 10 acre yard. There are few hens in a pen and a farm plot. Someone may come by and discreetly look after the area. Please note that in case of significant noise disturbance to the tenant (at her discretion - she is reasonable :)) a 100$ charge is added per night of noise disturbance. North Arm Farm (restaurant, berry picking, wedding venue, fresh produce, cafe) is walking distance (100 metres across the road) and Barn Nork, the delicious Thai restaurant is just around the bend. Pemberton Brewing Co is a 600 metre stroll away. Whistler ski area is a 30 minute drive, and One Mile, Mosquito, and Joffre lakes are nearby. Backcountry ski areas up the Hurley Road and Duffey Lake road are easily accessible, and you can ride down the driveway to access Pemberton's most popular mountain bike trial network. This is a quiet neighbourhood, with each of the neighbours having acreages. There is a BBQ available in the spring and summer (due to bear safety it is not available year round) There is a drip coffee machine as well as a french press. Please turn off middle carport light in at night time (switch is the middle on the right when you are standing inside the front door). Please acknowledge that up to $1000 may be charged to repair any significant damage to the property occurs during your stay. Please let us know in advance if you are planning to bring a pet. Pets are to be crated in the house if left unattended. Guests are responsible for any repair or replacement costs as a result of damage from their pets.
