Vibrant and enticing outside, relaxing and stylish inside. The 1.8 acre compound includes five private bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, as well as an office with a queen-sized pullout and elegant living spaces for all to share next to the infinity edge pool or on the breezy verandah. Completely private and peaceful and yet easily accessible by concrete road leading down to Long Bay just a few minutes away. Designed to be family and child-friendly, 2 of the bedrooms can be made up as king or twin beds. The vibrant colours of the exterior lend a distinct energy to the stylish design. The main house contains the formal vaulted living room and dining room. It features paneled ceilings with fans and six sets of 9’ high French doors that open to the terrace running along three sides of the 20’ x 30’ Great Room. The view is stunning. Here you can enjoy the game on the 60” flat screen TV or your music on the Sonos sound system. The Great Room opens into the fully equipped kitchen appointed with quartz counter tops and Viking cooking appliances. Outside there is more than 2000 square feet of living space. Bask in the sun on the expansive deck alongside the elegant infinity edge pool (30 x 15 ), or lounge in the shade of the veranda’s al fresco seating area or dining area for 10. From here you can take in the breathtaking views along the coastline and across to Jost Van Dyke and its surrounding cays. The guest bathroom, changing room and shower is just off the deck. An air conditioned office located off the Great Room allows for a discreet conference call or a bit of work, if you must. Wireless Internet service is available throughout the villa--just bring your own laptop or portable device. An Epson printer is at your disposal in the office. The queen-sized pullout is perfectly at home as a comfortable sofa but adds the opportunity for 11th and 12th guests to stay in a private space with use of the full guest bathroom off the pool deck nearby. Five Bedrooms All five of the luxuriously decorated bedrooms feature high ceilings, large windows and patios or balconies that frame captivating views of the Caribbean Sea or the Atlantic, and each provides a king-size bed (alternatively up to two rooms can be converted to XL-twins), 40” flat screen television, blue tooth connected sound, air conditioning and ceiling fans. In addition, one of the bedrooms offers all the features of a self-sufficient flat, including an eat-in kitchenette complete with stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator.
