The property is beachfront, located on the ocean side of the main road before it enters Barra* Villa Mandala is one of three villas at Sendas del Mar which lies in a two and one half acre gated compound on the beach at Barra de Potosi. The beach is an unspoiled nine mile stretch of white sand on the Pacific coast of Mexico fifteen minutes south of the Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo International Airport. Villa Mandala is an elegant 500 square foot one bedroom villa constructed of tropical hardwoods, cemento polido and palapa roof. It has a king sized bed, coffee bar with mini-fridge, inside seating area, spacious bathroom and private patio. It is fully screened and equipped with ceiling fans. All the water is purified..The whole property has Wi-Fi internet. The property has over three hundred feet of beachfront and the ocean is literally 100 steps away. A nearby point shelters the beach from open surf and provides gentle waves, perfect for swimming in the 80 something degree water. The three villas at Sendas del Mar share a beachfront infinity pool, a shaded pavilion with a full sized pool table and 3000 sq meters of grounds with tropical gardens, water lily pond and orchard.There is a large parking area inside the walls The caretaker family lives on the premises and provides cleaning, maintenance and security services. Onsite staff also can help make arrangements for massages, private cook, fishing, golfing and surfing outings as well as sightseeing trips to nearby Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa. Sendas del Mar is a five minute walk from the village of Barra de Potosi with its restaurants and grocery stores and its famous seafront seafood enramadas.
